Jaypaper scores how every conversation went — interruptions, silence, response time, talk balance, and an overall quality score — from the acoustic signal alone. Always-on, on every call, no transcript required.
Deterministic scoring means no model drift. Tunable thresholds mean supervisors own the definition of "good." Every score is reproducible and explainable — adjust the dials and everything recomputes instantly.
What you pay separately (AWS costs in your account)
Two small AWS costs sit in your own account. First, a Kinesis Data Stream for agent events — roughly $11/month. Second, because Jaypaper reads call audio via Amazon Connect's Kinesis Video Streams, that media streaming carries a modest, usage-based charge that grows with your call volume — on the order of a few dollars a month for a small team, more as volume climbs. We're still validating exact figures ahead of general availability, but it stays a small fraction of your subscription. Everything else — the entire processing pipeline — is Jaypaper-side.
